From: £40.00The Calor 3.9kg propane gas bottle is the smallest propane cylinder Calor makes, the one to pick when being able to carry it matters more than how long it lasts. It gives a clean, high-temperature flame from a bottle light enough to take to the job rather than haul the job to it.
Most people buying it run small industrial burners and torches, or do light trade and maintenance work where a full-size cylinder would just be in the way. At around 34cm tall and 24cm across, it stores and travels without any fuss.
It connects through a screw-on regulator, so you’ll want a suitable 37mbar screw-on propane regulator to run your appliance. It’s sold as a refill on a like-for-like exchange: hand over an empty 3.9kg Calor cylinder and take a full one. No empty to swap? Add a Calor cylinder deposit and that covers the first bottle.
